THECHALLENGE
The company wanted to create a shuttle service that allows office goers living away from their workplace to book affordable seats in shuttles instantly connecting them to office-goers in the same route.
doodleblue was approached to support all their tech activities, assist them with product thinking, developing apps, defining app and product features, conducting workshops, and implementing processes around technical execution. They also needed to migrate from their current system to a revamped new system, train, and onboard their users to the new system.

DASHBOARD FOR OPERATIONS TEAM
Developed a dashboard for the team and trained them to manage end-to-end operations for the shuttle service.
MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR USERS
Developed a mobile application for office goers to instantly book and schedule future rides, manage payments, etc. We also ensured the app is scalable to support additional features to stay ahead of the industry standards.
